Yellow and Iron Trinket Jar

This small trinket jar is thrown on the wheel in a closed form, then trimmed to create a nice and snug-fitting lid. It was glazed in a yellow demi-matte glaze inside and out, and I’ve added expressive brushstrokes with iron wash for some contrast.

This jar measures 7 cm wide by 6.75 cm tall with the lid on, and the jar without the lid is 3.75 cm tall and 7 cm wide.

Please note that the iron wash can have some small pinholes where it is thick- this should be considered part of the design of the decoration, not a flaw.
