This handmade bottle is hand made using a buff stoneware clay and glazed in a butter yellow demi-matte glaze that lets some of the natural speckle from the clay peek through. I’ve added a stripe pattern using an iron oxide wash, leaving a red-brown motif on the outside of the pot. This bud vase is ideal for plopping in a cheap and cheerful daffodil to welcome the changing season. Made in Margate, U.K.
