These small brown and ivory ceramic cups are thrown on the wheel using buff stoneware clay. They are then decorated with a brown-black slip, fired, and glazed with an ivory glaze on top. The ivory glaze reacts with the slip below, creating a light brown finish with fawn-like brown speckles over the surface of the cups. The inside of the pots are glazed with ivory only to ensure a smooth surface.
Serving suggestion: Matcha, of course.

Each cup measures approx 8 cm high and 7.5 cm wide at the rim. Each cup will vary slightly as they are handmade. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
